I.     General informations

The following terms and conditions relate to all services in the context of the online shop and direct sales between Roller Skate Europe (on behalf of Marc Solutions GmbH, hereinafter referred to as RSE) and you as a customer.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you as a customer confirm that you have read these general terms and conditions and expressly agree to them.

II.    Contract

The contracts come about through the order confirmation sent by RSE. With your order you confirm that you are aware of the content and scope of your order. Any ambiguities can be clarified in advance with us via support@rollerskateeurope.com.

III.   Prices & Shipping information

All information about the goods that you receive as part of the ordering process is non-binding. In particular, we reserve the right to make changes to the products, price fluctuations due to market and dealer conditions, images and changes to stock levels. RSE endeavors to keep everything up to date and to communicate any changes in previous points with the customer as quickly as possible.

In principle, the price labeling applies at the time of the order.

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including Swiss VAT. In addition, there are shipping costs which are further explained under point 4/5.

Our VAT number is CHE-334.079.231 Mwst.

Prices for the EU area are charged in euros excluding VAT.

IV.  Shipping costs & returns switzerland

The delivery of the goods takes place at the expense and risk of the customer, even in the case of partial deliveries.

Delivery usually takes place within 4 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated on the product. If a longer delivery period is necessary, you will be informed promptly. You are entitled to waive the delivery if you do not agree to the new delivery period.

The delivery costs (delivery within 2-4 working days Mon-Fri) are calculated as follows:

• Shipping category 1: value of goods up to 0 – 299 CHF = shipping 5 CHF. flat-rate

• Shipping category 2: value of goods from 300 CHF = free shipping

You have 20 days (from dispatch of the goods, see date of delivery note) to check the goods and send them back. Please let our support team know immediately.

• The return is at your own expense (unless it is a product defect or incorrectly delivered goods.) If this is the case, you must note this on the delivery note. After RSE has checked the defects, the return will also be credited to you.

• Add the delivery note and note on it which alternative product we can send you instead.

• If you do not note anything, a voucher for the value of the goods will be automatically sent to you by email.

• Please notice that the delivery situation of the products is very difficult at the moment. So if we do not have your desired alternative product in stock, we will contact you to find an acceptable solution.

Of course, the goods must find their way back to us in an undamaged, flawless, unused (test drive in the living room) condition. Preferably in the complete original packaging. Otherwise we have to deduct this percentage from the value of the goods. If something happens unexpectedly, do not hesitate to get in touch with us, we will find a solution together.
Please also note that we can only take back or reimburse already reduced or specially modified custom-made products by prior arrangement. Please contact us directly via support@rollerskateeurope.com

V.    Shipping costs & returns EU

The delivery of the goods takes place at the expense and risk of the customer, even in the case of partial deliveries. RSE delivers to France, Germany, Austria, Poland and Italy, there are various things to consider.

1. The prices will be invoiced to you in euros excluding VAT

2. Additional costs (e.g. for customs or taxes) may be incurred when shipping to EU countries and will be charged directly to you by the relevant customs administration.

The shipping costs for EU countries to be delivered are calculated as follows:

• Shipping category 1: value of goods up to 0 – 49 euros = shipping 11 euros

• Shipping category 2: value of goods 50 – 399 euros = shipping 21 euros

• Shipping category 4: value of goods from 400 euros = free shipping

You have 30 days (from dispatch of the goods, see date of delivery note) to check the goods and send them back. Please let our support team know immediately.

• The return is at your own expense (unless it is a product defect or incorrectly delivered goods.) If this is the case, you must note this on the delivery note. After RSE has checked the defects, the return will also be credited to you.

• Please notice that the delivery situation of the products is very difficult at the moment. So if we do not have your desired alternative product in stock, we will contact you to find an acceptable solution.

Of course the goods must find their way back to us in an undamaged, flawless, unused condition, ideally in their complete original packaging. Otherwise, this will be deducted as a percentage of the value of the goods at your own discretion.

VI.  Payment

The following payment options are available to you:

Direct bank transfer, PayPal, credit card

For direct sales in Switzerland:

Cash payment, EC payment (no postcards)

Your order will be sent upon receipt of payment or on the following working day.

VII. Data protection

RSE uses all personal data exclusively for the execution and processing of the order processing and shares this with the transport company commissioned for the associated shipping process. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer agrees to this use of his data.

VIII. General liability

RSE assumes no liability for accidents when handling Roller Skate Europe products. Any interaction arises from your own responsibility. If you have any questions or are uncertain about correct handling, our support team will be happy to help.

IX. Application of law & place of jurisdiction

All concluded contracts are subject to Swiss law in accordance with the provisions of the OR and ZGB in the version valid at the time the respective contract was concluded. RSE reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time. In the case of already existing contracts, the version of the terms and conditions at the time of the order applies.

The place of jurisdiction is Crémines, Bern.
